UK Border Force letter on Covid testing 2021

Nautilus and UK Chamber of Shipping Border Force letter. The latest guidance (updated 19 March 2021) certifies that Seamen and Masters, Maritime Pilots and Inspectors and Surveyors of ships are exempted from mandatory quarantine and pre-arrival testing measures in England, Wales and Northern Ireland- even from Red List countries. The exemption does not exist in Scotland.
