Nautilus members have been invited to assist with important research into UK Human Element Leadership Management (HELM) training.
The Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA), in partnership with Babcock Learning Solutions, is asking members for their help with a review which aims to provide the MCA with an impartial and objectively evaluated basis for reviewing and revising the HELM programme.
'We believe that the range of knowledge, skills and experience that Nautilus International members possess will provide an invaluable insight to inform future HELM training strategy,' the research team says.
The questionnaire should take no more than 15 minutes to complete, and the closing date is 23:59 on 13 March 2018.
