Bibby Marine Services has appointed WD Resources as crew manager for its Bibby Wavemaster 1 vessel.
From 7 January members' employment will transfer to WD Resources Guernsey Ltd.
WD Resources will issue new Seafarers Employment Agreements (SEAs) to all employees.
Nautilus has signed a single union Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with WD Resources governing the terms and conditions for members serving on the Bibby Wavemaster 1.
