Working to ensure safe and secure workplaces for all
Nautilus will work to ensure safe, secure workplaces for members which value the ship as a home for those who work at sea.
The Union will share best practice to support the mental and physical wellbeing of members and promote wellness at sea. This includes continuing to call for improvements to connectivity at sea and fighting against bullying and harassment.
The Union will conduct research among members and the wider seafaring community to identify the current standard of living and working conditions onboard to highlight where improvements are needed.
